Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of South Africa who are minimum age of 18 years at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Mzansiplay are not eligible to participate.
• Those enter the giveaway must follow our social media pages to be able to unlock the giveaway or participate in the giveaway
• Users must have upgrade their account to a Pro Account to be able to access the giveaway for free

Giveaway Period

The giveaways listed on our website be active for a minimum of 30 days and maximum would be 60 days. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow our social media pages @Mzansiplay, like the giveaway post, invite your friends to like/follow us and tag two friends in the comments.
• One entry per person per giveaway
• May require you to have upgraded your account

Prizes

Only two types of giveaways will be listed such as Internet Data/Data Bundles and Food Voucher (i.e Fast Food Takeaways). Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Giveaway Selection and Notification

There is no random selection, any individual with a active Mzansiplay account, can claim the prize if he/she is using a Pro Account or has paid the necessary fee stated on the giveaway. Once the giveaway has reached the required goal, everyone who has entered will be notified via available communication channels within 7 days or more.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mzansiplay from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

General Conditions

• Mzansiplay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity.
• Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.

Privacy Policy

Participant information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law

All listed giveaways are governed by the laws of South Africa or Country you originate from, and participants agree to resolve disputes under these laws.
